How To Use
How To Use
Cleanse
Start with a gentle, non‑stripping cleanser to remove makeup, sunscreen, and oil. Make sure your skin is clean and damp‑free.
Dry skin
Pat your skin dry gently—make sure it’s not damp. The masque is more tolerable and effective when applied to dry skin.
Apply masque
- Apply a thin, even layer of the masque to your face, neck and décolleté.
- Avoid the eye area.
Leave‑on time / gentle massage
- Leave on for 5‑10 minutes to allow the chemical exfoliants (glycolic, lactic, salicylic acids) to work.
- Some versions mention gently massaging with fingertips for ~60 seconds before rinsing, especially if using as an exfoliating cleanser.
Rinse
Rinse off thoroughly with tepid / warm water. Use gentle circular motions or a soft washcloth if needed to help physical exfoliants (jojoba beads) buff away dead skin.
Moisturize
After rinsing, follow with a hydrating, barrier‑supportive moisturizer to soothe skin and replenish moisture. If skin feels a bit tight or sensitive, you may also use a calming serum or balm.
Frequency
Use 2‑3 times per week, depending on your skin’s tolerance.
SPF is non‑negotiable
Because you’re using acids, your skin will be more sensitive to UV rays. Every morning after using this masque (or on days after), apply a broad‑spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30+).
