Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and arrive from shipping within 2-8 business days. Delays can happen due to shipping carriers or holidays.

Tracking information will be provided as updates are available.

KLA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by carriers. A claim should be filed with the carrier in the event of a missing package marked as delivered.

KLA is not responsible for resending orders with with incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers.

KLA is unable to redeliver to addresses with a history of lost packages or unsuccessful delivery.
