How To Use
How To Use
Cleanse / prep
Start with damp (wet) skin — splash your face or body with water first.
Apply scrub
Take a small amount of the scrub and gently massage it into your skin using circular motions. Focus on areas with congestion (face, back, chest). Do not scrub aggressively.
Duration
Massage for about 30–60 seconds (or until you feel the texture polishing) before rinsing.
Rinse
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm / tepid water and pat dry gently.
Frequency
Use 2–3 times per week (or as directed by your skincare professional) depending on how your skin tolerates it.
Follow with moisturizer + SPF
After rinsing, apply a gentle, hydrating moisturizer to support your skin barrier. In your morning routine, follow with a broad‑spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30+) since the scrub (and benzoyl peroxide) can increase sun sensitivity.
